Primary organizer or sponsor must be an Affiliate Member, and shall solicit donations for the benefit of the Center.

Events which are organized and sponsored by the FoRMS board, or the RMCC trustees, including meetings of either or both boards, official fundraisers explicitly FOR the center, special events, funerals and memorials, and any event designated PUBLIC, as above, and sponsored by a board member and designated as PUBLIC, as above, by a majority of the Board

Any event open to the public requiring an admission fee, as opposed to a donation (or suggested donation), shall be handled as a PRIVATE event.

Payment of fees is required prior to a scheduled event. Cleanup (where to find supplies, where furniture is to be stacked, etc.) is listed separately, and return of a cleaning deposit is subject to inspection and a decision by a board member.

Variations, embellishments, exceptions, etc. to usage guidelines are OK, but should be approved by a majority of the FoRMS board. Affiliate Memberships are available to the public for $20 / year. See the FoRMS Treasurer.
